| Review by Matthew Lussier: My visit was absolutely fantastic. After getting my car serviced at numerous other places, I finally feel like I have found an auto shop that I can actually trust. I was referred to Kendall's Auto by friends and family who had nothing but good things to say about the service and fair prices and I now consider myself to be a very happy customer. I had taken my car in for a simple oil change and was told that the job would be done in less than an hour. Rather than wait at the shop I decided to take a walk around the area. I hadn't yet provided my cell phone number so when the tech discovered that I had a headlight out he physically searched for me in his vehicle to let me know. After the job was complete the service person (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) took the time to learn about my driving habits and informed me of a few maintenance services that he recommended if I planned on keeping the vehicle for the next few years. Unlike at many other shops this exchange felt informational rather than pressured, and I would consider it to be a great experience. Despite no longer living anywhere near their service area I plan to make the trip out to Kendall's for all of my future auto repair/maintenance needs as the friendly and fair service makes it well worth it. |

| Review by Russell Plett: I would and do recommend Kendalls to people, but not NAPA, per se. (I receive too many requests for reviews.) They do a very good job. The remember my car better than I do. I am treated well, offered fresh coffee and taken care of. They find alternate or cheaper means to repair my older vehicles, and offer tips on maintenance and servicing for the future. |
